Dulanga is a coastal area and a karst hilly area. Karst hills extend along the coast and spread to the north with a height of approximately 250 m, where the constituent lithology is limestone reefs.

Reef limestone is the result of uplift shallow marine sediments, plant and animal remains containing calcium carbonate. The uplift event has taken place since the Late Pliocene due to tectonic activities that have continued until now.
