Qunut Tradition

The Qunut tradition is usually held on the 15th of Ramadan in the Hijri year. The Qunut tradition is a hereditary tradition marked by the appearance of a night market in Gorontalo. Uniquely, the night market only sells bananas and nuts.

The Qunut night tradition has been carried out by the people of Batudaa, Gorontalo Regency for a long time. The Qunut tradition is a form of gratitude for having completed worship for half of the month of Ramadan.
