Japanese Cargo Wreck located in South Leato village, Dumbo Raya sub-district, Gorontalo city. Japanese Cargo Wreck is a cargo shipwreck that was wrecked in 1944 during World War II. The ship is named Yoshimaru and has a length of 180 meters. It was carrying a cargo of copra, tobacco, and other goods. It was shot down by Allied aircraft and wrecked near Gorontalo Beach. The wreck was discovered in 1995 by a team of divers from the Gorontalo Cultural Heritage Preservation Center. The wreck is now one of the interesting tourist attractions in Gorontalo.
