Kelenteng Tulus Harapan Kita is located in Biawo village, south city sub-district, Gorontalo city. Kelenteng Tulus Harapan Kita or Thian Hou Kiong is one of the oldest temples in Gorontalo City. This temple is located on Ahmad Yani Street, West Limboto Village, East City District, Gorontalo City. This temple was built in 1870 by Chinese traders living in Gorontalo City.
