Kayubulan Beach has several geological features. The geological features found on Kayubulan Beach are Kayubulan cave, reef terrace, limestone notch, uplifted spur and groove, and limestone stack.

Kayubulan Cave is formed from limestone caves with coral fossils. Other supporting geological components are porphy andesite rocks and have firm limestone contacts. Around the cave there is rock contact between volcanic igneous rock and limestone.
